This week I started as a PhD student in structural geology at the IGV at Stockholm University. I’m looking forward to the next few years and all the challenges that lie ahead!

Today I show you a mylonitic Amphibole-Mica-Schist (under PPL) from the Lepontine/Central Alps. I don’t know why, but I love this rock!
