Since there is a new exodus and discourse on the platform is happening.... Am I the only one whose Discover feed is actually pretty good?
Now to be fair, that took a while (a lot of following), and the "For You" feed does seem better. But it (eventually) does seem to work.

Artists on both should totally push/promote here. I'm sure most people don't even know it exists nor that its has a lot of pretty big artists. And that its much better about actually showing your posts to followers. I can understand not dropping bird, but I wish more knew of this place (now)

Wouldn't it be the equivalent of the MMORPGs of the old? Thats one place I feel many older gamers might have treated like a job.
(And it feels to me like Gacha games were cheaper distilled MMORPGs (- the MMO part), and the newer bigger ones are somehow, slowly but surely just re-becoming MMORPGs)

I do wonder if that has ever worked out?
Like there has to have been one (1) idea guy (non-dev) that actually had an idea amazing enough to be picked up by a dev AND become successful.
I cant think of one and that seems unthinkable.
I just played one of my older projects I had put on hold (was just checking for past code) and I got really surprised by how cool and "complete" (as in a vertical slice/demo) it was. Very Interesting game! A shame I didn't release it.
Stand proud, past me. You were great.

Not much game dev this last year. I’ve been very busy with my professional life, Lots of work and stress but it all worked out. I’m happy and proud. I hope this next year allows me to work on my game, social life and personal growth!
