How convenient that I found myself in Aledo for lunch today for the new Top Ten spot - Daynes Craft Barbecue.

Also, La Barbecue still has the best bathrooms in barbecue.

Had a full spread from La Barbecue yesterday. Still a decent line for a late 2:00 lunch. The brisket is always the winner here. They’ve got some of the best, most flavorful lean brisket you’ll find anywhere.

They know how to plate their stuff for sure

Another Saturday morning at Bar A Barbecue in Montgomery

I’ve been bad at keeping up with my recent BBQ stops. So, rest assured there have been more where that came from.

A full spread of the good stuff today at Brisket & Rice in Houston. Those slightly sweet ribs won the plate for me. That BBQ Fried Rice was fantastic as well!

Gimme greens on my bbq plates. I’m glad they’ve caught on so big in Texas barbecue. That’s one thing the south does right in terms of bbq.

He’s been such a moment in hip hop
