Back on deadlifts after a break due to a trapped nerve. I was wary buy proper delighted with how it felt today. I am still strong.

Another reason to be grateful for the NHS. I am reliant on a multitude of meds and can access them. I have just had to collect the next pack of meds for my cat and one small bottle is £99. If I was looking at those costs (or more) for all my meds and I doubt I would take them all.
