A comic page with 5 panels, in manga style. First panel Rem takes Vash's hand and guide him. In second panel, he looks worried while he asks "B-but do I really deserve to have this?". Third panel is a zoom in of Vash and Rem's hands. Rem answers "I think everyone deserves a second chance. You gave them all one, you deserve it as well". Fourth panel has Vash still looking worried and sad, his free hand clutching his chest. "I-I caused him so much pain... Every time someone comes near me they just get hurt. And he... he suffered so much already, because of me." Fifth panel shows Rem from behind while she calmly asks "Don't you think that he would suffer even more, to know that he got to live those tomorrows without you?"

A comic spread with lots of panels, in manga style. The composition is done to underline how the scene in the two pages are happening at the same time. Left page has Vash answeing Rem's question "He will see me for what i truly am...", crying. But Rem smiles at him and asks "are you sure?". Knives, appearing for just one panels, says to him "C'mon little brother... without you they are lost". Vash's thinks "No I'm not sure I just know..." Right page is about Wolfwood, talking with the plant. The plant marks have reached his eyes and hands, he looks at the plant worried. He asks her "I hope I'm not scaring you, but i really meed to know. It this.. maybe about him? [referring to he singing in last chapter] Please... I just want to see him again... even for a moment. I'll be happy then... And I wont think anymore..." The lowest part of the page has Vash and Wolfwood facing eachother, world apart, both desperate, and both thinking "That i miss him".
