Sure. Basic recipe was chillis plus white vinegar and olive oil.
I used 15 scotch bonnets which made it too hot.
To tone it down I added garlic, an onion or two, salt, sugar and half a bottle or so ketchup.
I couldn’t tell you precise amounts because I was making it up as I went along.
Enjoy!
