Supreme Court rules against Colorado's ban on conversion therapy aimed at LGBTQ youths Kaley Chiles, a Christian talk therapist in Colorado, argued that the state ban violated her First Amendment rights.

Trump's EEOC strikes harassment guidance amid debate over transgender protections The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission voted 2-1 to roll back the agency's 2024 harassment guidance in its entirety. The document gave employers information on what makes up unlawful harassment.

A 200-page document on harassment has been rescinded by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission due to a brief section on gender identity—yet another example of how anti-trans policies impact *everyone.*

Equality for All: Anti-Trans Discrimination and the Supreme Court | A4TE Fairness should mean that everyone gets a chance to play.

This morning, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments for two cases about trans student athletes. A4TE is proud to have submitted an amicus brief in these cases. The brief urges the justices to protect trans youth equally under the constitution.
