Διαρροή σε μπάνιο 3ου ορόφου στον 2ο, οικοδομή του 1980. Ιδιοκτήτης φοβήθηκε, φουλ ανακαίνιση μπάνιου, walk in pressure shower, τεράστια (πλάκες!) πλακάκια παντού, όλα τα είδη Ιταλίας και κυριλέ, πετσετο-κρεμάστρες φαρδιές κλπ, 5700€ όλα μέσα.
