Ever have trouble finding my dog agility tool websites? I've updated agilitynerd.com The top half shows the six most recent blog posts. The bottom half has images, descriptions, and links to each of my dog agility software tools! There's a new one listed in there too...

Today I shutdown googility.com / dogagilitysearch.com It was helpful in the 2000s. But, now people are able to find trainers, facilities, etc. without a purpose built search site.
I think 11/16 was closer to the weaves a little; folks were split on which way to turn at 11. You can work 12 as the front or back side too. Lots of variations with only three obstacles! #agilitynerd
Here's a #dogagilitysnippet from Grace Huffman's UKI Master Agility course. I've added green 8 and 9 to make it a little longer. Start at 8 from either side (treat 9 as bidirectional too!), wrap 11 to either left or right. 1/2
I was looking to protect the rear bumper on my SUV and provide a grippy surface for my dogs when they jump up into their crates. I found a flexible floor mat at HomeDepot and added a magnet to hold it out of the way.

Got a heap-o-snow over the weekend! It was a good test of my new Clip And Go contact covers 👍
Best of luck to everyone at the UKI US Open this week! Every run you'll be crossing the finish line with the best teammate!

Lab Tested Online makes it really easy to find and enter AKC agility trials. I'm trying to earn Premier Qs for WTT before the end of the year. It's search makes it easy to find nearby trials offering Premier. Then select classes and download the fully filled forms; DONE! Well worth $10/year.
Here are four short Masters level skills training sequences for a narrow training space from a recent workshop I gave at Talcott Mountain Agility Club in Manchester, CT. #dogagilitytraining #agilitynerd

Training the chute? I doubt it! I've updated my blog software so I can mark articles as obsolete and now a warning will be shown at the top of the article. I've started marking some articles and will update others as I come across them.
Looking for short skills-focused training sequences? Here are 7 I created for a recent workshop for a range of skills. #dogagility #agilitynerd

Another classic dog agility sequence: the pinwheel to serpentine combo (or vice versa) 4-10. I'm sure some variation of this in at least one course somewhere in the country every weekend 😀 #dogagility #dogagilitytraining
The "cloverleaf" (at least that's I call it) e.g. 9-10-11 seems to be popping up again in courses and drills. It's been around for ages and is a good set up to practice forward sends, wraps, back side wraps, threadle wraps, etc. Some workshop participants *might* see it appear in the near future 😉
Ever have a course map and want to set up/build that agility course in your practice space? Want to help build courses at an agility trial? I'll go over the basics, starting from a course map/diagram to a finished course ready to run.

Can you handle this weave entry? I've blogged our experience (with video) running Stefanie Theis' Masters Series Jumping course with the most challenging weave entry I can recall. It's a fun sequence to run and use for practice! #dogagility #agilitynerd

A friend of mine’s dogs are injured and I’m still not able to run my own dogs. I offered to let her run my dogs at a workshop. So I wrote a blog post with a list of the verbal cues I use for my dogs to help her out. #dogagility #dogtraining

Ever been frustrated when you wanted to build a course at home and the course map doesn't have a grid or any dimensions? I wrote up a blog post and recorded a video for a quick and easy website that does all the work! www.agilitynerd.com/blog/agility...
Calling all junior dog agility handlers! MIAC is hosting a FREE camp for junior handlers on Oct 11-12 in Middleton, WI. Registration opens June 30th. Please share to all the junior handlers you know! mwagilityclub.com/2025/06/04/o...
Unusual designs for me, I tried to stick with AKC-ish obstacle spacing but with some international skills. www.agilitynerd.com/blog/agility...
I've posted my Skills & Short Sequences courses from yesterday to my website. THANKS to everyone who attended I had a great time! We are looking for a date for another day of workshops.
Our dogs are more than our dog agility teammates. Here’s almost 14 yro Flyer as he follows me around the yard while I’m watering the reseeded lawn. For his whole life Flyer has always been nearby “helping” me. I love having my silent companion nearby.
If you need a logo please put it in a blank spot on each course.
Dog agility judges and clubs/competitions PLEASE don't put giant logos on your course maps. Competitors are reading maps on their phone screens. A logo might look great on a computer but they can hide obstacles/numbers when reduced down to phone size. I made this map to illustrate the problem.
