Give this site a try. It finds free/low cost/sliding scale, medical clinics in your local area. Might find one that would give you the vaccine for free or low cost, hopefully.

Is it connected directly to the computer? Or a hub, like into a monitor then to pc. Mine used to break randomly or audio quality would cut out or have issues if not directly plugged into the PC without any extra links between. Might not be same issue you have though

It is can be hard. But you are doing amazing. All you can do is your best. I think, the brain will always fixate a bit when we leave our shifts, what we did, what we missed, and what will happen. Shows you care about what you do, hopefully with time your brain will be kinder to you post shift ^_^

After five years of study and work, I have finally finished it all! I officially, passed my degree! I am beyond excited and happy! Thank you to everyone who supported me every step of the way. I would never have made it this far without the support of those who care about me! <3
There is an option in settings that helps protect against constant bad rolls while still keeping them mostly random. Or your could save before key encounters and if it goes wrong way, load back (wouldnt recommend doing this too regurally but its a good option to cushion these events at key times)
Get those feelings out to those that care for you and seek professional help and support. You won't always feel this way, this too shall pass. You are doing amazing given everything going on. Be kind to yourself, you are doing your best.
No matter how hard things seem right now, I promise you, things will get better. We are always our own worst critics and are so hard on ourselves. If you are feeling like this at the moment, that is ok, to feel like that. You have had a lot going on. Reach out to those you have around for support.
