Department members' dogs and cats

Our community marked #NationalPetDay by celebrating the animals who are part of their daily lives.

Pets have sat in on virtual meetings, helped us decompress during busy times and offered comfort when it mattered most.

In celebration, we interrupt your feed to showcase our cute & furry friends!

Two common misconceptions when repurposing data for #causalinference:
1) the target trial is an ideal trial
2) the target trial protocol can be prespecified

Our new paper examines how the target trial protocol depends on the causal question AND the available data.

2. Form an empowered stakeholder advisory board/steering committee @ NIMH
3. Have people w/ LE have more involvement in the strategic planning process
