Last few days.. let's say it this way..frantic in places

The day off bike ride...it keeps me going...walking around shops ( except for bike shops)..that's a no when you ride and get out

Evening out...let's not discuss the horrible trip towards home after a night shift...an hour or two on the couch

Something I wrote after a hard few days..

Much better than yesterday am...soaked and cold after a night shift...this winter has really got to me..this evening...that bit better

Yesterday bike ride was about the wind rather than the wind...just need to do more now..

More rain this week...i need sunshine

Friday pm...work will be heavy over the weekend and into the start of next week...bike...nope...the steps..have to..raining...raining again..

No cycling but a nice evening out...step count is ok

The day...double walk with our Yorkie..80 mins on the bike...caught this images of the waves..but on a horrible downer..sat in a corner of our new flat and stayed there..just looking at the washing drying..the last 12 months have awful..been feeling this recently..today has been hard
