We discussed roles of circadian rhythms, nutrition and #fertility for healthy #aging.

Stimulating discussions at the WORLD.MINDS and @lindaunobel #Longevity luncheon. Great to hear thoughts of scientists, CEOs, investors and VCs on the latest breakthroughs in aging.

Loved @francesarnold's point - We need to focus more on healthy #aging and not living forever! 💯
