A photo of a canon camera plus accessories on a grey background.
I was going to list this on eBay but itβs not worth a whole lot and I would like to see it go to an artist that needs it. This is a Canon T3i that comes w two batteries, a charger, strap and an external flash. The auto focus is busted on the lens so it is manual only. $100 OBO w free US shipping.

I love how rabbits are just fluffy SHAPE like okay there's the head of the rabbit and then the rest of the body is just this soft SHAPE πβ€οΈ You've sketched them so well!
I'm literally holding my breath as I look at the intensive stare in the first picture!
It's frustrating as AI often seems to offer answer with high confidence - but with science there are a lot of aspects that are anything but obvious and black-and-white. I've received medical evaluations that are anything but certain and sometimes you just have to live with it & trust the specialists

Painting of pixie cup lichen surrounded by green moss with distant forest in the background. The lichen resembles cups on stalks, and is a pale blue-green color.
New painting of Pixie Cup Lichen π
Tiny and easy to miss, but common once you look for them. I never get tired of seeing them!

Digital rough to be printed
gouache and wax crayon piece done over an inkjet print
final piece with some details added in Procreate, and values adjusted for better emphasis in Photoshop.
Rather enjoying my rather recursive current process of painting directly over a printed out digital sketch/underpainting, then finishing the resulting piece digitally again.
Digital work allows me to figure out a piece as I work on it, but it cannot match the texture and colour of real materials.
That's a super fun process of art! I often have it the other way: I sketch traditionally because my thought process is better that way, then I clean/crop/move around/figure out the details digitally and print it out to be colored.
But your way seems so fun I want to try it too! And the end result β€οΈβ€οΈ

A drawing made up of three panels. In one, a woman is standing under a colonnade in a garden holding a letter. She is looking at the viewer. There is a cat sitting on the steps below her. In the second panel, a great egret is standing in a pond. There are waterlilies on the pond. The egret has a gold chain with a key around its neck. At the edge of the pond, behind the bird, is a closed metal gate in a brick wall overgrown with vines. In the third panel, the sun has just set behind a large house half obscured by trees. A stone bridge leads towards the house.

That's lovely! I remember trying to print lines onto watercolour paper when I was younger, my issue mainly being the small paper size it allowed me. And sometimes paper, as I tried out which ones printer could handle.
Nowadays I print the lines on regular papers and use light table. Slow but okay.
I can proudly say that none of my comics or stories will EVER "appeal to everyone" what creative would ever want that for their work, how horrendous.
There's a difference between wanting your work to be enjoyed by many and "appealing to everyone" GOD all this makes me so MAD
Spoiler: it could have been an email ππ»πΈ

A photo of a square painting, placed on a wooden table and surrounded by paint brushes, paint tubes, coloured pencils, branches, and leaves. The painting features a clearing in a misty blue forest with a fallen, mossy tree trunk in the center of it. Glowing white flowers grow out of the moss. Small pale purple flowers are scattered in the grass around the rocks in the foreground.
In spring I always get the urge to paint flowers, which reflects in this scenery tutorial from last year, and the upcoming one will feature a dreamy, floral environment as well~ πΈ Stay tuned!

A photo of a ceramic wolf. The wolf is glazed white with brown speckles.
A little wintery wolf! This piece will be available this Friday, March 13th at 8pm Eastern time.
Ohh negative drawing/painting is so much fun! Makes the brain gear totally different.
Yes! All the different mediums traditional art offers... it feels like magic, can affect so much, feel so different! It's a reason I've never fully migrated to digital art, even though I know I'm at a disadvantage sometimes staying like this.
I'm happy to hear when others find joy in it too β€οΈ
