The first gunpla I ever painted to the most recent. People say to me that they’re afraid to try painting and all I can say is you just gotta try. You’re going to make mistakes, you’re going to do things wrong, but I promise you you get better and you learn. I hated my first paint job.
An upright, clear plastic card holder displays nine cards. The top three are a minimalist cat in black lineart with blue and turquoise swirls of color, a minimalist dog with burgundy splashes of color, and a one-line pomeranian. Middle row is a brown minimalist dog, a line-art cat with blocks of primary colors, and a dog with bright blues and pinks. The bottom row is are minimalist inked cat, herons and a flower.

The back of the shield from the MG Hazel Owsla. The shield is dark grey/black with lighter grey picking out parts of the internal structure. It has a single red panel and small details picked out in white. I am sure almost no one will see this once it's complete so I wanted to show it off here.

Master Grade Gundam Wing (Proto) Zero from Gundam Wing. The mobile suit is dark blue and black with yellow accents. It carries a double barreled rifle in its right hand and a shield that resembles an aircraft fuselage strapped to its left forearm. This week for my #AoZApril retrospective is my Gundam "Hawkbit" from 2023 an MG Wing Proto Zero painted in Titans deployment colours. I think I may have gone a little overboard with the decals on this one.

The Haze’n-thley II is complete! No stickers used, simply minor points of hand painting and panel lining. Super happy with this thing, and can’t wait to build the hrududu!

A large blue mobile suit with a selection of additional equipment strapped to it including an addition set of "Gigantic" arms, a smaller set of "sub" arms attached at the waist and 2 "Winch Cannons" attached over the shoulder. The gundam is also carrying an exceptionally long rifle.
OK, Week two of #AozApril and here is my build from 2022 The HG Hazel Owsla Gigantic Arms Unit painted in the TTT Deployment colours. Funnily enough this year's build is also a Hazel Owsla, but the MG one with a different loadout and painted in Re-Zeon livery.

Fantastic kit, but definitely watch out for the hip joint/mechanism when moving the leg, it's quite easy to stress the joint.

Alright, first week of #AozApril in the bag, had some time off work so got a bunch done on my build. Inner frame is painted. Armor needs some hand painted details but is nearly there and then it's on to the weapons and accessories.

An Axolotl like creature leaping from a rock with its teeth bared. It is pale pink, with pink, white and blue gills matching the Trans Pride flag.

Part of the leg from the MG Gundam Hazel Owsla attached to a 3D printed painting handle. A second piece is on the mat next to it with several scribing chisels and a pair of tweezers.
Working on scribing today, definitely not my strongest skill, but I can't believe that I didn't think of attaching parts to a painting handle while working on them until now.
