Here's a team I cooked up for Champions as someone with no VGC knowledge. It's built around hail, either ninetales or mega froslass set with snow warning, iron fist crab for large physical damage, and the other 3 for coverage. Water bubble Araquanid for water damage, overcoat Kommo-o to ignore hail

I dont think there's any legendary status pokemon in the game, but there are so many other exclusions idk why 😭
