TwinEVO focuses more at making the beloved Crash Twinsanity with not just cut content but also new content, using the devkit prototype as influence.

No, Crash TwinEVO is not some kind of update of Infinity, it is actually a completely new project that was made from scratch, while Infinity was supposed to include literally everything that was discarded, TwinEVO focuses on including most of the things from Crash Evolution.
