I just got better Hubspot "customer service" from Chat-GPT than I could ever have imagined from Hubspot themselves... CS/CX is going to change drastically and very quickly... like when all call centers went offshore 20+ years ago.

OK, so is this basically Twitter... but without the list of "features" that makes it totally unusable?
