Like a few areas of the club business, it’s the ‘partners’ they’ve outsourced areas to that let them down.

For anyone that had issues on the ticket website after selecting pay monthly for the season ticket renewals it would appear it’s now fixed as ours have gone through straight away.

The size of the increase is surprising when the new head of operations stated “we recognise this must be balanced with ensuring the cost of football remains as affordable as possible for our supporters. That is precisely why we are determined to maximise the use of our stadium throughout the year”

We did, I’ve had an email from the club this afternoon stating something along the lines of ‘the issue is ongoing, we won’t lose our place in the queue if we wish to move seats and they will email us another link to confirm renewal when the ticketing website gremlins have been dealt with’.
