Un singolo #CSM è più autorevole di due, perché parla con una voce sola. Inoltre la politica conterà di più, perché i togati saranno sorteggiati, ma i "laici" apparterranno presumibilmente alla stessa area politica.

2. La riforma risolve un problema creandone un altro

Le #correnti interne alla magistratura esistono. Tuttavia, insieme alle correnti, il #sorteggio cancellerebbe anche la possibilità di scegliere magistrati competenti ed esperti. Preferirei cambiare il sistema di voto, invece di eliminarlo.

Finisce il 2025 con 16 #libri letti. Il migliore? Senza dubbio la trilogia di #fantascienza "Il problema dei tre corpi" di Cixin Liu, che mi ha impegnato per 3 mesi (ma ne è valsa la pena). Bellissimi anche i saggi "Why machines learn" e "The rise and reign of the mammals". 📚
