This is my first Bluesky post.

But I am happy to be here to talk about the cause of a lifetime.

To shine a light on the experiences of those forced to flee, and of those whose exile ends.

“There is hope for a warmer, safer winter. Last winter was very tough".

Refugee returnee, Ziahuddin, 67, received a cash grant to help with his winter needs from @UNHCR.org , thanks to support from UNCERF.

He was among 600 families receiving the winter cash grant in Maidan Wardak #Afghanistan.

No desks, chairs, or shelter from the sun, rain or wind...Youngsters in #Afghanistan are determined to continue their studies, to realise their dreams

With support from #SFD @unhcr.org is building 16 new schools including a new primary school here in Pul-e Alam, Logar province.
