My and a friend in the know's understanding of the rules is as soon as the sticker says more than 6000kg GCM then it's a class 2 vehicle.
I doubt it will get the 3500kg sticker here as that would put it above 6000kg GCM and into the class 2 licence plus TSL bracket.
