Lots of 90s music was pressed in Brazil, Argentina, Columbia. The quality can be hit or miss. But in some cases it might be the only place that album was pressed on vinyl. I have some Garth Brooks 90s LPs that were only pressed down there at time of release.

As someone in North America- UK, France, Germany and Japan. Rare 90s records can be found in Greece, but lots of counterfeits there as well. Shops in these countries tend to be solid. They also have lots of expats from all over the world so they have good imports as well as their native pressings.

My tips would be to only get hard to find or expensive LPs and you don’t want to ship or buy online. Make sure you can transport them safely home. It’s cheaper to use an extra luggage bag than ship them home. Make friends with the shop keeper! Having someone in country to find LPs for you is a plus!
