Teachers, you are more than the culminating of the numbers in your gradebook. Your impact goes beyond the 'measureable'.

Here's my hot take: VNPS are great, but they aren't the end all and be all. We also want kids to be able to keep a record of their learning: the messy, the mistakes, the journey.

This is why I have my kids keep Mathematician's Notebooks as a place to record evidence of their learning journey.
