Update again: brother has told me that there are multiple failures and other failures pop up as well after the fact even when swapping hardware and refuses to tell me what's really wrong. Haw-haw

Update: gonna have to pay 500 bucks for pc repair and they gotta wipe it all and install windows 11. Truly the worst timeline
