The more experienced I grow as a designer, the more I appreciate the simplest solutions, clean designs, no cognitive overload.

Spent years overdesigning everything.

Now I strip things down until there's nothing left to remove. Better results every time 🤷‍♂️

One advice if you're scaling an agency:

Hire smart people who give a shit.

That's the whole strategy.
