Lambda Just Got a File System. I Put AI Agents on It. — edjgeek S3 Files mounts your S3 bucket as a local file system in Lambda. I built AI code review agents that share a workspace through it, orchestrated by a durable function.

"Here’s the thing, though. S3 Files requires a VPC..." I still might use it tho.

Plan in the cloud with ultraplan - Claude Code Docs Start a plan from your CLI, draft it on Claude Code on the web, then execute it remotely or back in your terminal

Part of me is worried that more and more Claude Code/Agent features will move to their subscription-based cloud platform vs amazing Partners such as Amazon Bedrock. Ultraplan feels like the first I've noticed but maybe there have been more?

I ordered one of these watches a few years ago. It is so tiny, I wish they made a beefier version.

And it dawned on me that I never in my wildest dreams would I have been alive in a time when I'm literally doing HAL shit. Every day I program a computer via natural language (not code) and I just asked AI to trust me doing brain surgery on it. Like that is normal to me now. Wow!

Was working on my Mac mini and MacBook ~/.claude* sync setup yesterday and had to explain to Claude that it needed me to run some commands manually because it could not effectively keep it's memories during the procedure but afterward would come back up after I executed those commands for Claude.

I've kept a business journal for 6+ years. I love my bespoke Claude setup that helps me. The only creepy part of that quote below is

"that you feel safe telling things you'd never tell another person"

😬 yikes

for the record, I think there has been a lot of dumb lay offs taking advantage of role compression which is tightly coupled to LLM technology.

It will happen, but for broader context, that chart is here on the right. Also, I'm not seeing that yet on my staffing platform.
