We've made this move because we weren't able to secure the level of access infrastructure and support we need on the Cathedral Green. Accessibility is a core value for us, and we're committed to making The Book Market welcoming and fun for everyone.
We'll have some of the best indie bookshops from across Devon on the piazza (where the Exeter Quayside Farmers Market is), FREE literary activities in Exeter Custom House - ECQT, and our fabulous Author Tent under the Transit Shed.
π’ π BIG BOOK MARKET UPDATE! π π’
The Book Market 2026 will now be held at Exeter Quay on SUNDAY 7TH JUNE from 11am-4pm π
We're SO excited to bring the market to the Quay, one of Exeter's buzziest spots on a summer weekend π
