Based on my experience, Paska is not as delicate as Italian Panettone & doesn't require special support while cooling.
Although the recipe had a 9" x 2" cake pan for the equipment, the bread needs a 9" pan with higher sides, at least 4". Thankfully, I had a baking pan that worked perfectly.
