Everything is speculation, obviously. Nobody knows what might or will happen. It wouldn't surprise me if Dach stays healthy all year and becomes a point per game player. It wouldn't surprise me if Laine scores 40-50 goals. It wouldn't surprise me if Demidov wins the Calder.

I think that the #Habs would be OK with that right now. But if that's his ceiling, he won't be on the 2nd line and probably not on this team. I hate to be critical, but this is the #NHL and the #Habs are going to be scary!

Well, the #Habs have Dach in the prime, perfect spot to succeed. I mean, I could probably score 80 pts. with Demidov and Laine on my wings! Not really, but you get my point.

I get what you're saying. In a perfect world, having patience and waiting for more and better options makes perfect sense. But the #Habs expect to make the playoffs, and if they start falling back...
But I believe Dach will finally play like a 3rd overall pick and be lights out!

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that if the #Habs are trying to acquire a 2nd line C or a 2nd line forward, then they should do it before the season starts. What if Dach isn't ready, gets injured, etc. If that happens then the #Habs look a little desperate, no?

How is Kahkonen inferior to Dobĕs? The few games that I've seen Kaapo play, to me, he looks like an #NHL goalie. I'm not giving up on Dobĕs. I'd prefer Dobĕs as the #Habs backup because he's a #Montreal #Canadien. Whereas Kahkonen is a journeyman goalie.

Yes, my thinking is, if you consider Dobes' play after his first 10 - 12 games, at times, he looked somewhat in over his head. I don't mean to be critical, but I calls em like I sees em.

I think that the #GoRocket are done after a great season. But wouldn't it be awesome if Fowler had a monster game? Just to give #Habs fans and the front office a little glimpse into what this guy could bring. Maybe in a year or two.

You got that right! I hate to complain but these Refs are ruining the integrity of the game. And they're taking some of the fun and excitement out of the game because fans are too pissed off to enjoy it. Just my 2 cents.

Awesome, gutsy win last night! But I really didn't like the cheap shot on Hutson from Filip F*cking Forsberg. His season could've been over right there. Someone has to step up because it'll only get worse. Hutson is having a historic season. It would be a shame.
