My wife needed a test for a rare parasite. Johns Hopkins's Infectious disease team told us that the CDC no longer provides the serum test. JH Hospital then had to cold call a hospital in Canada to begin a process of having it perform diagnostic testing.

It's natural to think that the perfect event, if BIG and STRONG enough, will solve everything overnight. An epidemiologist at Columbia had to issue a statement saying the research article RFK Jr. cited with her name is FAKE. It’s not real. The paper itself doesn’t EXIST.
