Hey, I remember when Mike Curb was lieutenant governor. But he was something of a different guy.

When you idly flip through your delivered copy of the California primary election guide and land on a candidate statement for lieutenant governor and think "Huh, dude looks like he could be in a band" and then read the first couple of lines and do a double-take.
