no the 3 is not articulated, but the 11 sometimes is. articulated buses have tighter turn radius though so if a 40' bus can do it, then a 60' one should be able to as well.

So we filled up a bus, of course, and now we’re passing all the local stops because the route 9 is just a train shuttle today. SOL if you actually needed the route 9 today. Also I love the coat the person in front of me is wearing, working up the courage to compliment it.
Currently waiting for this “mutual aid” by AC transit, which it turns out is just a regularly scheduled 40’ bus on route 9. It is not enough capacity and it is very slow.
