I had to pretend I was a new client to get on a call with their salespeople and they just went like 'lol we'll tell the devs sorry about that tho'

Something has definitely changed in the past few years where my anxiety-riddled millenial brain went from yay saas, now I don't have to speak to a human to deal with this thing, to fuck saas, give me a person I can call instead of being stuck in broken software for hours
