McMaster researchers developed the free ESKAPE Model, an AI tool for identifying new antibiotics against resistant pathogens, allowing researchers to screen up to 20,000 chemicals daily.

BIGSdb query interface with section marked 'Analysis results' enabled. The dropdown list includes fields that have been registered from the hicap output JSON result: genes_identified, IS1016_hists, and predicted_serotype, which can be searched.
BIGSdb v1.50.0 has been released, introducing support for registering fields from the output of third-party analysis tools and then using these in queries and analyses (image shows querying hicap results in H. influenzae database).
