We didn’t win just to stop here.

📣 Join us April 6 at City Hall, 12PM.

We need your help! We have a donor willing to match up to $5,000 in donations in April to fuel our comp plan work. HON is deeply invested in doing the leg work to translate the technical jargon into digestible pieces, and building the tools for you to jump into this work. See 🧵for ways to give:

We're so proud to share our very first annual report! 2025 was the first year our organization pivoted from short-term campaigns to long-term organizing. We achieved a lot and are so thankful for everyone who has stayed plugged in beyond initiatives! www.houseourneighbors.org/annual-reports

Another ‘millionaires tax’ finds Seattle is far richer than anyone knew Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson last week described the city as “filthy rich.” Impolitic as that may be, returns from a new tax on high pay packages show she’s not wrong.

"The city’s new social housing tax, levied on lofty pay packages to pay for public housing, was due Jan. 31. The startling news was that it blew the projections out of the water."👏
