All is well! We've in fact always offered Die & Kiss Cuts! I think you wanted a borderless (edge-to-edge) cut with hole punches on a design which doing so may have yielded poor results.

That is mighty odd, considering we've always supported die-cuts and kiss-cuts! Perhaps there's something missing here.
I dug a little deeper and discovered that you were curious about Clear Vinyl options, as hole punches within letters were too small for your design.
