Whether I like Reform or not, is not the point. It would be a simple matter for them to register themselves as a political party. The fact that they don't do so leaves a grey area - are they, or are they not, subject to the laws regarding donations to political parties?
The question I'd like WM to answer is this; given that you accept that the UK is a 'union of equals', what is the legal route out of it, for a nation which wants to leave? WM has never answered that - instead of asking them, maybe its time we told them that 'we leave when Holyrood decides'.
