The “plants have feelings too” argument is completely disingenuous. In addition to plants lacking sentience, it takes FAR fewer plants to feed 8 billion people than it does to feed 8 billion people PLUS 80-90 billion animals only to kill them.

Every year, the same tragedy repeats itself. Thousands of seal pups are killed for fashion.
