For anyone who listens, out of curiosity I’d love to know your favorite track!

Sadly I have other plans that evening, so not this year!

My wife and I went to see the Beacon Street Quartet play LOTR music at a Candlelight concert in the Old South Church in Boston tonight. Fantastic experience to hear string quartet arrangements of incredible music.

It also made me wonder how many LOTRO players were possibly there!

Today marks 18 years that I’ve been working on LOTRO… how time flies

Still one of my top 2 game soundtracks ever, it’s just so damn good

It’s always sad when #AGDQ comes to an end, but it was a fantastic week and I can’t wait to watch #SGDQ this summer. Thank you @gamesdonequick.com for supporting such amazing causes ❤️

My wife gave me a melodica for Christmas and it’s one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received

Finishing up 2025 with roughly 6 hours and 20 minutes of new LOTRO music (and over 46 hours since 2015). I know that quantity means far less than quality, but as someone who prides himself on filling out new areas and stories with different music, I’m content with this year’s output

We took Maddie to the Boston Pops holiday concert this weekend and Santa made a six seven joke, and seeing every child of a certain age immediately start doing the hand motions made me sad

It was several hours of work, but I’m quite happy with the cake I made (with a lot of assembly help from my wife) for our daughter’s 2nd birthday

Always one of my favorite P&R scenes 😂

This one hurts, though it would hurt a lot more if the Celtics actually stood a chance to win it all this year

Went to see the Boston Pops perform Star Wars: The Story In Music tonight at Symphony Hall and it was fantastic. And of course, a part of me wonders if I’ll ever be able to go to a John Williams concert and not feel overwhelmed with imposter syndrome.

I sent you a few Maddie pictures too!

I’ve lost hope of converting you to a FFX fan at this point 😂

It’s always a joy to see the Boston Symphony. I wasn’t familiar with Ravel’s “Alborada Del Gracioso”, but I am now and I can’t wait to study it. Stravinsky’s “Firebird Suite” was as good as always… definitely a lot of things I can still learn from that one, too

Hard to believe that 17 years ago today I was hired to work on LOTRO. That feels like such a long time (in the best way possible)

Quantity isn’t everything, but here’s some end of year math: LOTRO got nearly 7 hours of new music and DDO got a little over 1.5 hours, so about 8.5 hours between both games. I’m pretty happy that it was such a productive year.

Doing my yearly playthrough of A Link to the Past and it has me thinking of all the perfect or near perfect games the SNES had: ALTTP, Mario World, Chrono Trigger, FF6, FF4, Earthbound, SimCity, Castlevania 4, Super Metroid. It’s really hard for me to find a flaw in any of these games
