I checked, but Einhänder doesn't appear to be on the US PSN store, only the Japanese one. Either way, getting the Japanese version is gonna be a lot cheaper, as is typically the case when it comes to PS1 and SNES/SuFami games.

It's going on the list right next to Einhänder!

Absolutely still holds up as one of the best platformers on the PS1, and one of the best 2,5D platformers period. Aesthetically rich and surprisingly clever, with a fairytale story that doesn't talk down to its audience, this one is a must-play for platforming fans.

Now that I've been modding my playstations and dipping into other regions' PSN stores, I should try out some imports I haven't had a chance to play before.

What are some essential Japan-only PS1 titles? If they require minimal reading or have fan translations, that would be ideal.

I haven't been able to get it to detect one, so probably not. That would be a cool additional feature though.

I've had a really good time playing some shooters with a mouse and Wii Nunchuck, it's especially good for SuperHOT where you can dial in the exact amount of speed you want.

If you need more buttons, consider a PS Move Navigation Controller instead.
