Cautiously Optimistic:
As Luna waxes towards Jupiter, we're feeling upbeat and positive. Yet we're also aware that changes are coming, as Uranus meets Venus at the end of his 7 year stay in Taurus. Shake ups in romance & finance are possible. Plus, Luna is a bit overcautious in the sign of the crab.

Aries/Arise...
True, this Aries New Moon is a time of fresh starts and new beginnings, in a sense it's a New Year's Day. With all the planets direct and many in fiery Aries, things are moving. Yet this is Mars' home sign: conflict and aggression are possibilities. Be assertive without being an ass.

Mercury meets Neptune at midweek, as we wane into the New Moon. Short answer: think of the next few days as a mini Mercury retrograde, but more so. As the planets meet in fiery Aries, we may see anger and aggression added to miscommunication: try to keep cool, and cut others some slack.

In Conclusion...
We start the week with a waning Pisces Moon. Stick to routine tasks and don't push too hard this week. Take time to meander and meditate. With Mercury at the end of Pisces and moving towards Neptune, it could feel very "is Mercury retrograde?" until after Friday's new moon.

What Could Go Wrong?
At midweek the Capricorn Moon wants work and diligence. Yet Luna tangles with Neptune early on Wednesday: the very opposite of practicality. Take care of routine tasks. Later in the day, get to work. Spring cleaning is a possibility. Last quarter suggests wrapping up projects.

Budding...
We begin the week with the upbeat and outgoing Sagittarius Moon. Luna's waning, but still strong. It will hopefully (๐) offer some contrast to the tense energy of the past week. Still, Sadge can be polarizing, so some issues may pop up. Explore, take an overview, try something new.

The high energy of the full moon is still lingering: we may feel more tension today, as Venus squares Pluto above a Scorpio Moon. The urge to relax & enjoy contrasts with news of the world, simple pleasures may have to defer to more global concerns. Social tensions possible.

No Fooling!
We begin April with the Libra Full Moon. The Aries Sun is about self-assertion and action. The Moon reflects back the Sun's light from sociable Libra. Aries is about "I" while Libra is about "Us." It's a theme that plays out all month as the planets form their various configurations.

Snoozing Doesn't (have to) Mean Losing:
This weekend's Leo Moon encourages us to do what we feel like doing: even if it's a nap. It's a great energy for creativity, play, & maybe even romance.
Sunday afternoon, a more practical vibe prevails as Luna steps into Virgo: Get ready for the coming week.

Visionaries/Vision-Aries...
The Sun, Venus, Saturn and Neptune are all in the first sign of the zodiac - action is required. At midweek, the Sun's meeting with Saturn could slow things down just a bit, but use any hesitation as an opportunity to focus on ways to get to your ultimate goal.

"Epic Fury"
When Saturn met Neptune at 0 degrees Aries in February, they set the tone for how we believe (Nep) the world works (Sat). Aries is the god of war, and the designation Epic Fury captures one possibility. Let's hope it doesn't mean the next 36 years are "Epoch Fury".

East is East:
The Sun enters Aries at 10:45a EDT today, at the vernal equinox. Sol rises due East, and continues his northward climb until the solstice in June. As he's above the horizon more than below, Aries is his exaltation. If you missed sunrise, you should be able catch him setting due West ๐
New... and Old...
The Pisces New Moon is at the end of the sign of the fish, and may feel more like a time of endings than beginnings. Take it easy through midweek: Mercury is stationing to go direct and the Moon is quiet. Yet by the weekend an Aries vibe prevails and we'll feel renewed energy.

Retro...
Mercury ends his retrograde on Friday - good news, but remember that Mercurial mishaps multiply around the stations, so watch out for transportation, communication, and technology snafus through Saturday.

Upbeat, Downbeat...
But not beaten down! ๐
Jupiter goes direct at midweek, infusing us all with a positive energy and faith in ourselves and the future. The Sag Moon will certainly add to the vibe. We'll appreciate the burst of optimism as an intense eclipse season winds down.

A last quarter Moon!
First Quarter...
We're at the active first quarter Moon at midweek, all the more active because we're in the midst of eclipse season and the Sun is traversing the nodes. A good time to act if you're sure, but not great for impulsive decisions - especially as Mercury is stationing to retrograde.
Reset...
As Saturn & Neptune meet up in Aries tomorrow, we're about to begin a new cycle of beliefs about how the world works (and our beliefs influence how it actually works). Watch the news, if you can stomach it, for clues about the coming cycle.
A Little Bird Told Me...
Venus has entered Pisces, her sign of exaltation. In the sign of the fish, the goddess of love is less about individual connections and more about universal love and compassion: less eros, more agapรฉ. Maybe not a perfect fit for Valentine's Day. But maybe just what we need.
Going Down?
Cryptocurrency arrived in our collective awareness with Uranus in Taurus. Now that Uranus is stationed direct and leaving the sign, crypto is tanking. We're likely to see the 'end result' as Uranus enters Taurus in April. Meantime, you want a 'currency' that drops 40% in 4 months?

Did I Say That?
As Cosmic Communicator Mercury squares stationed Uranus, midweek is likely to see some very direct, frank, and surprising messages delivered loud and clear. Say what you need, no more. Careful driving, too. Sleep may be hard this week, full moon + Uranus combo = restless nights.

Revolving...
Today's Uranus station to go direct fills us with a need for independence, freedom, and change. Mix it up, do your own thing - but remember that other folks will be doing their thing, too, so cooperation may be hard to come by. Keep an eye on changes in the collective.

Tonight's the Leo Full Moon, always the Party Moon of the year.
Well, it's Sunday, so maybe things will be a little toned down, but it's still a great energy for socializing, play, creativity, and romance.

Hot...
2026 isn't letting up on the intensity, obviously. With Neptune now in fiery Aries, things are heating up. The past week has seen the Sun and Mars meeting with Pluto in Aquarius, sparking contention and violence. Yet the Aquarian vibe shouts 'power to the people', and outcomes are uncertain.

Prickly...
As the Sun ticks through the last few minutes of Capricorn and heads into Aquarius, we may feel some tension over the next few days. Both Sol and Venus have to meet with Pluto before really enjoying the open air of Aquarius. Watch for power struggles, especially at the collective level.

Crescent...
The waning Moon is in Capricorn. On Saturday, wrap up any outstanding work projects, and take care of household chores. Chill for the rest of the weekend, but come Monday, start thinking about your work/career goals for the coming year.

Loud and Clear:
Mercury opposes Jupiter today, opening up an opportunity to say what needs to be said, but also bringing a tendency to say too much. Some folks will use the cosmic energy to go off on a rant. Watch out for blowhards who only want to hear the sound of their own voices.
