Eric is a Saint Paul-based filmmaker and stop motion animator with a passion for creating surreal stop motion and live action films that, in his words, “make little sense and cost little to make – neither of which are by choice.”

We’re using the form so that you prepare what you’ll show in advance and can indicate what level of feedback you’re hoping for, etc.
We can’t wait to see what you’ve been cooking and celebrate the range of talent right here in the Upper Midwest!

That’ll give us time to review and assign you a slot before the event. Last time there was a lot of interest, so know we prioritize first come, first served, and also slight curation for diversity of medium/projects!

We welcome works in progress, beautiful finished films, and everything in-between - technical experiments, gifs, preproduction, commercial work you’re authorized to share, anything to do with animation and motion pipelines!
Community Members can hop on and give a short 5-ish minute talk about what they’ve been working on, followed by live Q&A.
This February, we want to celebrate the love we have for our community by giving YOU the spotlight! Nice Moves will be hosting a VIRTUAL Show and Tell on February 19th on Discord!
