During our visit to Edinburgh Zoo, we noticed lots of plaques near the animals with names of people of who had sponsored them. This became our stimulus for our persuasive writing lesson. Can we persuade Miss Miller to sponsor an animal for the class? #pupilchoice

Last week we had a visit from Forth Valley STEM outreach team. During their visit we learned about energy and created wind turbines. We then extracted DNA from a strawberry and finished the day by creating and launching rockets. Lots of fun was had!
P5 have really enjoyed our science IDL. We explored forces, chemical reactions, electricity and the human body.
