I very much see both sides to the argument.

I’d bet the Bengals have it Bain > Downs > McCoy > Delane> Love > decent gap > Thieneman

If those four are on the board, they go with them. But I think Love is one of, if not the top, prospect so that’s why I’d still get it.

I think if David Bailey is still there at 4, he’s the pick for the Titans. And then it becomes incredibly difficult to predict where Jeremiyah Love goes. Giants? Commanders? Bengals…? But I really think those teams will put their priorities elsewhere.

First full mock draft of 2026.

I think the Chiefs and Cowboys get aggressive for a top defender.

And in this draft class specifically, there’s a strong possibility that Love is BPA at 9 by a LARGE margin.

Jeremiyah Love rocks, and I hope the Chiefs take him 9th for selfish reasons

Rueben Bain Jr is the best player in the class

Klint Kubiak with Mendoza, Jeanty, and Bowers *should* be a ton of fun.

Rebuild the OL in free agency, sign Romeo Doubs and draft a Denzel Boston/KC Concepcion/Ja’Kobi Lane in the 2nd and let Mendoza cook.
