Thanks to your writing and that series, and Barry Levinson's Diner, I was very much understanding of what B-more went through. Characters in Homicide expressed unease about a new team under similar circumstances. But while we kept the name, you got a couple SB's, and we got 25+ years of dysfunction.
As a Clevelander having lived thru the Browns move to Baltimore, I liked how that transition was represented in Homicide. Unlike most Browns fans, I find myself rooting for the Ravens from time to time as I was last night. Because no matter what, I will always hate Pittsburgh more.

I practically taught myself Algebra spending the majority of 8th grade in ISS. By the time I reached Algebra 2 Junior Year of HS, my teacher was convinced I was cheating because I could solve problems in my head with little writing. Unjust grades from this skeptical teacher led me to skip school.
TBH, I love his movie Beyond The Sea. He once was my favorite actor. I understand the controversy around him, although he wasn't convicted of anything, and there are monsters in Hollywood who got away with worse. Is it a good thing he fell from grace, maybe. But people do have need to make a living.
