I believe they use a mix of extra sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, and cream cheese. I personally just like white extra sharp cheddar. Makes a better flavor. Lindsey pimentos, dukes mayo, worcestershire, and a 3 season blend ( black pepper, cayenne, and the 3rd my personal addition which is a secret!
