New Mock Draft Monday is up on Patreon! And yes, I absolutely did fake draft Lyle Overbay's son.

Both seem too focused on just making contact right now for my liking. Really, really low whiff rates but not impacting the ball at all yet. I’m confident Williams will start to hit the ball harder. Pratt… that’s always sorta been the question with him, so that one I’m not as sure on.
Part of the week 2 observations are regarding Yorman Galindez. All his pitches from his most recent appearance are in the video below. He touched 98 MPH twice in this one.
Coming off Tommy John, great ability to spin breaking balls, added a cutter and touching higher velocities than ever before…

FWIW, he’s a very instinctive baserunner that moves much better than you’d guess. Stole three bases in one of the spring breakout games and was 15/20 last year.
Also, I personally think he’s a pretty solid 1B defender. I don’t think you’d be any worse off than Hoskins/Vaughn types with him there.
And, because I don't think I ever posted his video on here. Here is some Regalado video. I happened to see some video this winter and was very intrigued. Now he's moving stateside, which seems like a good sign!
New Patreon post is up on the four pitchers that have moved stateside for the Brewers and are in Arizona as of yesterday.
- RHP Diustin Mayorquin (video below)
- RHP Bryan Regalado
- RHP Johandry Ramirez
- LHP Joan Pena
Video is included within the post for all four:

Camera flip sucked for it unfortunately so can’t get a good one
Yeah, definitely not that simple lol, but the point is more that if the power does come, he has pretty much every other ingredient. If it doesn’t, he still has pretty much every other ingredient.
Also still hard for me to believe a guy his size won’t eventually impact the ball at least a bit more.
Still had someone who works for another team text me this morning, shall we say, incredulous, but when you hear @smichaelis234.bsky.social explain #Brewers' investment in Cooper Pratt, it's hard to argue with it: brewerfanatic.com/news-rumors/...

So transfixed by the @smichaelis234.bsky.social spreadsheet that I find myself disappointed, even in the midst of a late, tied Brewers game, that Mondays bring us no minor league baseball.

New post on Patreon focused on the players who have moved stateside for the Brewers this spring.
Here are a bunch of highlights of Brailyn Antunez from this spring, who is one of the players featured in the post.

Appreciate it!

This one’s for the sickos.
Brailyn Antunez with a charismatic take on a slider away, then pops a no-doubter to center. Oh, and it was off Aaron Ashby.
Two guys have new pitches, and two guys are struggling. What will the Brewers staff look like on Opening Day? #brewers #milwaukee #thisismycrew

There are some things that will need to be worked out with it, but you’re not gonna find much more violent swing from a 17 year old than what Ricki Moneys did to this baseball during live ABs at the Brewers Dominican complex.
