I do not know who is replying to messages at #MassTaxConnect, but they are super speedy and helpful. Thank you, anonymous customer service person! I appreciate you!

Especially looking for questions from women and girls thinking about careers in AI/ML, but anyone can ask.

I really cannot overstate the level of expertise on this panel. This is a super interesting group of humans.

Work (Latent AI) is doing an panel in celebration of International Womens' Day and of the fact that we have enough women to actually put on a panel. Huzzah!
And so we're not in an echo chamber, we thought we'd do it AMA style and see what folks wanted us to talk about. Submit questions!

I both appreciate that my company wants to celebrate Women's History Month and wish this didn't cause me to suddenly have more work obligations.

Seriously, I was a member of the Society of Women Engineers there. How does that even work?

Georgia Tech types, is this for real? Whose phone should angry alumni be blowing up?

What are you using for backup? Battery? Generator?

If you're not familiar with the lingo, "edge" refers to resource constrained devices. Maybe they're tiny. Maybe they're running on a battery. Maybe they only have internet sometimes. Stuff like that.

Hey folks, trying to do some user research for work. Looking for Machine Learning Engineers working on edge, both those with experience and ones just getting into the space.

I think if we pick you to interview, you get gift card, but not quite clear about that.

Anyway, got anyone?

I leant them around the office when I was living in Salt Lake City, and would get them back full of sticky tabs, covering the naughty bits. Oh Mormons. :)

My old housemate didn't want to take them to the office because he knew he'd read them instead of working. But he started coming home on his lunch break to read a few more pages.

If you are looking to set aside Sandman, I recommend the Fables comics by Bill Willingham.

Actually I recommend them even if you aren't looking for a replacement fandom. I have yet to lend them to anyone who didn't love them.

Hmm. I have an adorable video of Ryan wolfing down some French toast, but apparently I can’t post videos longer than 60 seconds.

Folks who have been here longer than I, is there a standard workaround?

One month since I signed up for this, and still not quite sure what it's for. But I seem to have followers, so please enjoy this picture of Ryan.

At the Museum of Science, and there's an interactive exhibit on training AI with datasets and it is SO CLOSE to being really good.

It really is just bleh. I'd take him to the dog bar, but it's closed today.

Lousy weather, and poor lil dude still needs his muzzle for a few more days. But we should suck it up and walk anyway.
