Fashion postcard of a person wearing a long chocolate brown coat, over a background of big orange shapes and squiggly purplish lines
Back of a postcard with a stamp of a navel orange and photo/model/magazine credits. Text reads: Dear Monroe, I’ve reconsidered your offer, as asked, and I must apologize for the delay and the evasion, but you understand I’ve have a lot on my mind of late. So I can now tell you CONFIDENTLY and FINALLY, NO. Best, Harper.
More mail just came in (love letter to the big brown coat I just bought this fall)
Thank you! It’s been a lot of fun so far- fingers crossed I can make it to the end of the month lol

Not at the moment, but I’ll probably put it up on itch.io sometime in the future!
That’s a wrap! BIG HUGE THANKS to everyone who picked up oLaL at SBCF this year, I hope you enjoyed it (and all the other banger comics I’m sure you picked up as well)
Tysm for the review!! I’m so glad you enjoyed the comic!
A very sweet and charming read. As a reader I think engaging romance can be kind of hard to do in smaller page counts and Simone really pulled it off! Iris is delightful. If you’re in the mood for a short and sweet fantasy romance during SBCF, this is a great pick!
Thank you so much, Theo!!
Thank you, I’m so glad you enjoyed it!!
I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed it! It means a lot to get the stamp of approval from a local, too lol
Thank you!!!
We're down into the last 10 days of SBCF 25, so here's a little preview of the first few pages of On Love and Lepidoptery! (link in bio)

Cover page to a comic titled "You Come to a Door", a random Omegadungeon encounter by artist E. M. Fields. "You Come to a Door" is in an ornate medieval blackletter style typeface, on a black field, above a white drawing of a stone door set in a stone archway. There is a carved skull in the center of the door.
You Come to a Door, a short comic 🧵 (1/4):
Really honoured to be part of SBCF again this year, I’ve been having a lot of fun putting this year’s comic together and I’m stoked to start sharing a bit about it!
Cover of THE LONG DARK by Kate Sheridan, a dark fantasy mini comic printed in blue riso ink. A knight in a hounskull helmet that conceals his face holds aloft a lantern. Its glow illuminates him, the spiked flail in his other hand, and several stalagmites on the ground nearby while the rest of the image is a sea of dark blue.
PAGE 1 Panel 1 The knight from the cover walks through a doorway in the dungeon into a cryptlike space with many arches, his lamp lighting the path before him. Panel 2 He then walks down a winding tower-like stone stair, the lamp illuminating part of the stairwell while the rest is dark. Panel 3 A closeup of the knight’s helm: something has given him pause.
got around to scanning THE LONG DARK, a riso mini about a knight navigating the perils of the mega dungeon he’s taken refuge in. will share a couple pages
SHORE LEAVE - a comic about going to the beach (1/13)
